metropolitan withdrwal

<p>Metropolitan they have such a painful process for withdrwal and i have requested withdrawal a week ago. i get send from pillar to post. They have send me forms that i dont understand and when i try to get help i get told that the people who work with the form are not part of call centre. How will i get my money if i cant even complete this complecated form. if It was possible i was gonna take all my money and reinvest it somewhere. Every month they debit my account without any challenges but now when i request the money they send me from pillar to post. Even the consultant are not helpful. I wrote an email to say i dont understand the form and she repliied by saying she wont help if i dont complete the form. please assist, all i want is my money back, the consultant name is Noluthando Gcame<br /><br /></p> <p> </p> <p>advise to all my brothers and sisters....dont consider getting investment policy with Metropolitan. Rather go to Old Mutual or Stanlib. they dont have all this unnecesary paper work and you get your money immediately without being send from pillar to pst</p>
