Metropolitan.. What a dissapointment
I have been a client of Metropolitan for over 10years and to say I am disappointed would be an understatement. I put in a loan application on my policy last week Monday and to date I am yet to receive my funds. I have spoken to more than 7 consultants each time I am given a different story. I have never experienced such at Metropolitan but the past week have just been frustrating as I am not getting assisted.
