Metropolitan taking long to process death claim
I made a death claim to metropolitan three weeks back and nothing has happened, i keep on calling and they transfer me until my airtime get exhausted, im in tears for the passing of my son and also for no cer*****y on the policy payout. Ive been using metropolitan since 2016 Ive been paying with no skip of premiums! When it happens I reach someone over the phone they tell different stories based on their system! It painful deep down inside to experience such treatment more especially if you already lost the love one! Please assist ?????? Policy No: ***0
