Metropolitan stole my money for a non-existent policy.

Biggest *****sters ever. I canceled my policy last month on the 16th and was called to check my payslip for any further deduction if there are any should call back for a refund to be processed.

01 June I received my payslip and they had deducted from my salary the premiums for an non-existent policy. I called them on the 3rd they informed me of all the documents that I need to submit.

I did so on the 4th and received an auto response that the process will take 3 to 5 working days.

Today I call to do a follow-up and I was informed by the call centre agents that the 3-5 days only stars counting on the 8 when they started the process and my refund will only be paid out by next week. The second agent said it will only be paid after after 6week.

Why did Metropolitan deduction money from my salary for a non-existent policy?
