Metropolitan staff open false funeral cover without permission.

I am currently in possession of a metropolitan funeral policy inception date 2004. However since 2021/08/31, I retired from my job due to health issues . I changed my premium for this policy to debit order from stop order in October 2021. I was asked to fill in a debit form to start the premiums coming off my bank account which I did do accordingly . In January 21st 2022 to my surprise metropolitan sent me another Funeral policy on my name with R20 000 death benefit with a monthly premium of R104. The policy number is ***,The advisers name is MUSHAISANO MALOGO.I don't know this person for a bar of soap however it gets more interesting , the person who is the benefactor if I die is not my wife as we are married in cop for 28 years but is another person by the name of LEHLOHONOLO L MOKOENA THIS PERSONS DATE OF BIRTH IS 2004/06/02. Thus person will receive all the funds 💯 percent on my death.At first I thought this was just a proforma policy as an adverti*****t as the adress on the policy was also incorrect just a portion was correct. I then telephoned the metropolitan enquiries and was informed that the policy does exist and it is current . I immediately cancelled that policy and told the person to send me a letter of confirmation that the policy is cancelled which she did do. This is *****. I was off from work for almost two years being sick.i did not make any new funeral policy applications on line, in person or telephonically to any such person.I did send a complaint to metropolitan with no response . People need to check and see whether you have bogus funeral policies on your name as anyone can claim your benefits if the beneficiary's name is on the policy .
