Metropolitan, sickening

My father kept money there. He passed in 2014. When I tried to claim that money as they said it will be available in 2018 but he passed away before that year, Metropolitan asked me a lot for supporting documents and I just left the money with them it's about R20000. A gentleman who visited me at work said I should have 5 supporting documents of which I managed to get but when I got there it was the something else.
