After my review of Metropolitan they have contacted us and resolved our problem quickly and sufficiently. Thank you to Aletta Clarence that resolved our problem. Call center staff must be more qualified, they have no idea how everything work, and that frustrate the customers so much. Thank you for their quick response en resolve of the problem
