Metropolitan refusing to honour their promise
Metropolitan life only like you when pay premiums but when you need them in difficult time, they look for excuse of not paying. My son died in horrific accident he had recently completed his degree in engineering he was going to graduate on the 8th of April 2019 . He intended to pursue Masters, unfortunately this accident happened now Metropolitan is refusing to pay funeral benefit simply because he died one day after his 25th birthday

06 May 2019, 21:47Dear Client Care, can we at least get official communication from Metropolitan regarding the claim. We have not received any formal correspondence only word of mouth from the Springs office, they promised to send the email but nothing. The response above says you will communicate soon but today is the 6th nothing. We are unable to seek legal advise due to non availability of official communication from your side. Please own up so that we excise our rights
