Metropolitan policies

Good day Compliments i hope your are gud. I'm writing this letter on behalf of my mother in law Lena Reed idno ***. She communicate in Afrikaans and her contact details is ***. The grievance is with metropolitan the payouts and policies from 1986. My father in law passed away on 17/5/2021. We submit claim forms whereby we received a R3357.00 on policy HM*** for all these years. According to my mother their were in possession of 4 policies one pay out and the other one were cancel and two were outstanding. It's a disgrace that big companies rob our people while we know the living standards is high. There is no fluctuations in terms of the value of the policy.
