So yesterday I received a call from Amiena from head office from Metropolitan she spoke about my policy that i have for them and wanted to update my policy information. Okay fine i confirmed everything then the sms part came where i must press 1 to accept the changes, she had increased my policy from R135 to R205 she pretended to update my information only to increase my policy. After i had explicitly told her that i spoke with my advisor i will not be increasing anything. She decided to increase my policy luckily i read the text before agreeing.
Please becareful these SALES ppl are out to bleed us dry.
