18 Oct 2024, 20:10Thank you for your response Agnes,
The specialist Aletta is now mentioning the Capitec account whereas I sent the required documents including my 3 month FNB statements and certified copy of ID but am surprised to be told by Aleta of the Capitec account?I am using an FNB account which she also referred to in the email she sent yesterday. It then means that funds may have been transferred into a different account...which is unacceptable from Metropolitan Life.I have been a client of this FNB career facility yet I am given a round around by the underwriter. This is really unacceptable and very disappointing. I am now told that if the funds don't reflect over the weekend then I should follow up..but Metropolitan Life is using FNB and I use FNB so the funds should have reflected since it's the same bank. Please check if the funds are not sent to the wrong account.
