Metropolitan life ****** me my retirement

Metropoliteness life has ****** me my retirement money and they are refusing to give me an explanation of what happened. I tried to call their call center but the keep on telling that a case will be opened. It's been weeks and I still did not receive aby feedback. Where do I report metropolitan life???? I'm hopeless. I went to the branch but I did not get any help.
