METROPOLITAN LIFE NOT HONORING THEIR PAYMENT PROMISE OF 48 HRS

Its has been 4 weeks since claiming from metropolitan life after my brother in-law's passing on the 5th of may 2025 and to date 26 may 2025 metropolitan life hasn't paid out the claim.

to say the inconvenience and humiliation of not being able to honor my brother in-law with a dignified send off but of also incurring debt we thought this policy would save us from feels like a betrayal of confidence from Metropolitan life.

not say that all verifications have been done and still no money has been paid out, was Metropolitan life not saying together we can? what goals have been achieved here when the very same organization that was supposed to be by my family's side is the very same one that let me and the entire family down.
