METROPOLITAN LIFE KEEPS ITS PROMISE

Last week Monday Metropolitan sent me an SMS indicating that they have to pay me some benefits from a policy I have with them. I called them and they confirmed. They explained that it is a funeral policy with savings from which I had to be paid. I sent an email with the documents they asked for. The benefits were paid into my account and reflected yesterday.

I had forgotten about this benefit.

Having had experience with another insurance company where I was told in 2010 that some money was to be paid to me which has not happened up to now, despite following up up to 2016.

I would like to appreciate METROPOLITAN 's faithfulness regarding my funeral policy and payment in such a short span of time.
