Metropolitan Life is the worst.

This week we've had the worst experience with Metropolitan. My husband had a query on their watsapp that the couldnt fix. He emailed them earlier in the week. No response. The worst part is their Twitter, Facebook and Instagram pages. They didn't respond on two of these. Then on Instagram, on their post where I told them I had DM'ed they said I will be contacted but on DM they saw messages and ignored. The week is over now and we haven't been helped. The worst service I have ever received.
