Metropolitan life is highly disappointing!!
What A total dissatisfaction and Metropolitan Life is full of lies... I submitted a claim in June 2023 and I have made six follow ups with no responses or update on the progress. Would not recommend this company as the company adds too much stress to an already stressful situation. Competitors paid out the claim within 24 hours as they promise. These, lies
