METROPOLITAN LIFE DOES NOT ANSWER THEIR PHONES
I am trying for the third day in a row to contact Metropolitan life at ***. The phone rings, a voice says I am calling at a busy time but someone will help me soon and that I must stay on the line. Then all of a sudden the call is dead. HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE THAT A COMPANY LIKE METROPOLITAN LIFE IS NOT IN STATE TO ANSWER THEIR PHONES!!! METROPOLITAN NEEDS TO CALL ME BACK IMMEDIATELY
