Metropolitan Life' disgusting service
Metropolitan Life has got to be thee most delayed FSP. They communicate that they will send documents in 3weeks which will eventually turn to 3months. And local branches can't help cause Head office holds back information and documents. Disgusting attitude towards client needs.
