Metropolitan is the worst insurance company
On the 30/12/2020 I went to metropolitan maponya to lodge a claim for my late husband, I was told that they will payout within 48hrs till today. Every time I call I am told that I will receive the funds within 48hr and they're are not saying what is happening. I submitted all the required documents. The only thing I received so far is an sms with enquiries number on Monday the 11/01/2021 after I had called again and been told about the 48hrs. I'm wondering how many 48hrs do I need to wait for for me to get the payout, the worse thing is that they even debited this morning for a claim that was lodged a long time ago. If it wasn't of my daughter, my husband would be still not buried even now.
