Metropolitan is Pathetic.
My policy was suppose to mature when I turned 60yrs old which was alot of months back, I have done everything they asked me to do write letters send emails i have done. I am a pensioner now with a critical illness my medication costs me alot of money monthly but they are still deducting where its cause me financial problems cause me premium is alot of money. I regret ever dealing with Metropolitan its pathetic how they do things.
