Metropolitan is disgusting!!!!

I am not happy with the service and treatment I’m currently receiving from Metropolitan. I have a Funeral policy with them and I made a claim a week ago. I have not received any payment from them. No communication has been made with me. I call they call center everyday and get different answers all the time! I send emails and they don’t reply or call me back. They’ve even gone as far as harassing my family while we are still grieving! No communication has been made with me as the policy holder.
