Metropolitan is a ****

I took a policy with Metropolitan in 2021 through one of the agents in Mkhuhlu. i was under the impression that my policy will mature in 5 years and i never received the policy documents until i called in to inquire and got the shock of my life when i was told that my maturity date is ten years not 5. I tried to cancel and was told that i will lose all the money that i was debited. I called this agent several times and have always been promised a call back
