Metropolitan is a no good for nothing policy

Metropolitan is the worst policy and the level of customer service sucks.. I have been a member of metropolitan life policy since 2017 and never got any cash back from them up to date, and as always the consultant will blame another consultant for not being active hence they updated their benefits. They only thing they are good at is asking for people to put more people in their cover so they can take more money from you, they are not transparent at all when it come to the money due to the policy holder, I for one cancelling their hideous policy with immediate effect, no good for nothing policy.
