METROPOLITAN IS A BIG ****, JOIN AT OWN RISK.

Metropolitan Life's practices are questionable. They seem to be avoiding paying claims by introducing new rules daily. I visited their office last Thursday, only to be told that no managers were available. All I want is my payment. They're now claiming that some hospitals aren't considered hospitals just to avoid paying claims. They're also notorious for delaying payments. One representative told me they're being strict because they're losing money. My question is, why sell policies to clients if they can't fulfill their obligations? My doctor refused to sign a form stating that this company is a **** and that they've had bad experiences with them. Chile, I've never had a single claim with them that didn't require a fight. Every time, I've had to push and struggle to get my claims processed .Proceed with caution if you consider doing business with this company.
