Metropolitan is a ****

I had 2 incidents with Metropolitan Life, first I was informed that my policy has lapsed and that was when I made enquiries to the was at our workplace for recruitment drive and I called my financial advisor to confirm this, and it was indeed recruitment and he confirmed this and there was no communication and secondly I covered my brother and the same thing happens no communication and my policy lapsed. The reason is that I made the deposits myself as I was informed that they are unable to deduct from my persal whereas other service providers that came after them did manage to deduct from my employer. My first policy started in 2018 all my money gone just like that and my brother's policy I took it last year and now I am left with no cover I feel like this company has taken me for a right for far too long. Please intervene.
