Metropolitan Insurance
I have two investment policies with the above mentioned insurance company and I recently requested for the latest statements on them to track interest I have gained vs the premiums paid thus far
I couldn't believe the figures and then decided to actually mail the customer service team to assis***** been two weeks following up but I'm not getting any answers.I wouldn't recommend anyone to invest with this insurance company,cause the service is VERY POOR and YOU NEVER RECEIVE FEEDBACK WHEN LOGGING ANY QUERIES.
I WILL NOT REST TILL I GET MY MONEY.
