Metropolitan Complaint regarding my Retirement Annuity

<p>my name is Mrs Nota, I took my GEPF to metropolitan so that when i retire i can get a full amount when i retire. but this did not happen they did not want to give me back my money. i have been a laughing stock at these metropolitan branches in Mount Frere and In Umtata, when i went to them to claim the money from my 2 policies with Metropolitan they turned it into a joke sayin i will never receive this money. all i want is Metropolitan to pay me back all the money from my policy.</p> <p> </p> <p>At these branches they don't care about customers, i live in the villages its difficult for me to contact the Metropolitan customer service and hold until my airtime is finish without getting any assistance</p> <p> </p> <p>Your assistance will be much appreicated. </p> <p> </p> <p>Sand and fustrated</p>
