Metropolitan call back request failed.
I have an issue with my debit order being returned when funds where available in my account. I requested a call back and received an sms that an Adrian Menagen would call me, I have received no such phone call and I then received an sms to say I should rate the call experience. The reference on the website enquiry is as follows: ***3
