Looking for Justice.

The metropolitan agent came to me at work, me and my colleagues joined, I took life and disability cover. Now that I'm on disability, I cannot work anymore, I'm told they can't pay because I did not tell them that I have high blood pressure. I contacted the Ombudsman for justice, still I don't get help. This is ****************. Where can I get justice? Please help.
