LIFE SUCKS
I have been a client for years and I am not happy that you don't respect my instruction. My debit order instruction is for my account to be debited on the 20th not a day sooner or later. However the last 2 months the money gets deducted before the 20th . This leaves me with unnecessary bank cost and an overdrawn account affecting my risk rating . This is unacceptable.

We acknowledge receipt of your complaint on HelloPeter and regret to learn of the difficulties you have encountered with the deduction date of your policy.
Please bear in mind that we debit premiums on Mondays to Friday's only.
Therefore, if a chosen deduction date falls on a weekend or public holiday, the deduction must be moved to before or after the weekend/public holiday.
We will arrange for a service consultant to contact you to choose another deduction date that makes provision for this in future.
