Late Deduction of Debit Order

Good day.Late deduction of a debt order resulted in the fact that there is no funds available for the debit order. A mistake caused by Metropolitan because of not posting the debit order in time due to the public holidays . An administration fault that was created by the insurance company. I would like this matter to be resolved in an amicable way in order to suit the customers satisfaction.Thank you
