Is it a COVID pinch metropolitan?

You have started with double debits. My policies are not in areas why did you make a double debit on my account. Refund me with immediate effect I don't need any irritating calls or explanations, just pay back the money before the end of business today.

Good day
I don't want to make this a dialogue, however I have traced my bank history as far back as December 2020. Your pattern is not consistent and I probably missed it somehow.
In December 2020 - 30/12/2020
January 2021 - 01/02/2021
February 2021 - 01/03/2021
May 2021 - 31/05/2021
June 2021 - 30/06/2021
July 2021 - 30/07/2021
August 2021 - 30/08/2021
September 2021 - 30/09/2021 double deduction

Care to explain this inconsistency?

I agreed on the last day of the month, nothing else.
