Investment terror

5 years ago I invested R60 000 for 5 years to metropolitan. My adviser inserted 20 years instead of 5 as agreed, I then wrote to complaints I have asked that she must be removed as my advisor as she didn't handle this with honest and integrity. New adviser was assigned by Cedric and was assured that everything will be handled professional. I took a loan of R10 000 from my investment , and then realised a year later that there was no debit coming from my account to pay off this debt, I called Cedric again why was my question, he then sent me an email with the debit order form, why didn't I receive this form when I took the loan, still service appalling. Been receiving letters that I owe R13000 I do understand of interest and so forth this year I pay R3000 as a start to pay off my loan on the 3 of July 2018, I just got off the call with Vusi Mlambo from the call centre to check if they received this R3000, same reference number I used to pay R60000 doesn't exist according to Vusi, someone called NI Mbonani changed my policies without my knowledge. My big question is do they have my investment with them, why do I have to get such service , do I trust you with my money?
