From your complaint it seems like you are referring to the Estimated Maturity value quoted at inception date of the policy.
Regrettably we are unable to trace the policy you are referring to with the details contained in your complaint.
One of our Client Care Assessors will contact you for more information and investigate the matter and revert back to you as soon as possible.
In the meantime, please note that there are many elements that influence the Maturity Value of a policy. Not least of these is how the fund you are invested into performs over the whole term of the policy. This is why quotations are done using a high inflation scenario and low inflation scenario.
There are other factors as well, like contributions, charged, withdrawals and more, but we will delve into these when we trace the policy and are able to respond to you in more detail.
