incorrect amount debited. poor service
Good Day
my id number is ********** 452089. i opened a policy in December 2018 and however before the first debit i changed the cover amount and amount to be debited, then metropolitan still decided to go and debit the wrong amount of R574 in December 2018 and January 2019. if this is not rectified within 24 hours i wll definitely reverse the amounts with immediate effect. i can't keep on requesting the same thing over and over again...i am very busy.

22 Jan 2019, 15:20Dear Livinia
Thank you for your additional comments.
You are always welcome to contact the Ombudsman for Long Term Insurance. They however always try to establish if the client has tried to resolve the matter with the insurer and if not afford them the opportunity to resolve it directly with the client.
If the client did try to resolve it with the insurer, they will ask the insurers comments and give them a due date about a month from the date they send the complaint to the insurer.
In order to prevent any unnecessary delays, we will be contacting you directly for more information to trace the policy number, if you don't have it.
We are committed to assisting you as fast and best we can. Please bear with us a little longer.
Regards
Client Care Team.
