Incompetency

My father opened a policy on behalf of my grandfather. Following my grandfather’s passing, we have encountered significant difficulties with the claims process. Despite my father initiating the policy, the sales representative listed my grandmother as the beneficiary. As a result, my elderly and unwell grandmother—who has difficulty walking—now has to visit their offices to make the claim. This situation is highly unfair and distressing for her.

The company is now delaying the payout, citing the need to investigate the relationship between my father and grandfather. If this relationship was a necessary requirement, it should have been verified when the policy was originally opened. This oversight appears to be due to a lack of proper training or attention from the sales staff involved.

Unfortunately, we are now facing unnecessary obstacles and emotional stress because of what seems to be incompetence during the initial setup. I would advise others to exercise caution when dealing with this company, as our experience has highlighted serious gaps in their customer service and internal processes

Reviewer Update
The financial advisor who assisted my father with the policy signed it on his behalf. He also opened eight policies instead of one to benefit his commission. He took advantage of my dad since he cannot read, which constitutes *****ulent activity. My dad opened the policy in August, but some policies started running the following month, ensuring the financial advisor would receive his commission for the upcoming months.

I have noticed that responses to my emails have been delayed, and I have been unable to reach you by phone. I kindly request that this matter be addressed as soon as possible.
