Income Benefit not paid out

I have an Income benefit cover for my uncle. Mr Molefe Abram Motaung. ID number *** 081 which is supposed to be paid out monthly for 6 months. I have not received the payment for April 2020. Money was supposed to be in my account the first day of the month. There is no payment. I am not happy with this product because before I got my first pay out I had to write and complain to Hello Peter. Who ever that is managing this Department is not doing his or her job right. One have to fight before a payment is made. Can I please have my money as soon as possible.
