I'm paying an ghost funeral cover with metropolitan since about 2009

I have joined metropolitan funeral cover since around 2009 and this year I went to do an upgrade of the cover ,but they told me that my policy doesn't exist but every month the money is deducted from my payslip so I don't know what I was paying
