*******ly debit a account and never pay it back

<p>You debit my wife's account for months when we have NEVER been a client. She closed the account at Standard bank, but because of your debit order the account was never closed resulting in overdraft fees and a big credit amount due. You acknowledge via email that it was a mistake (Melani Louw) but you have never refunded us since 26/04/2016.We have supp**** you with ALL the bank statements as per request and each time you just gave a excuse to why it has not been refunded. Melani does also not return calls or emails.</p> <p> </p> <p>I will be reporting you to the ombudsman as well as my attorney for damages plus interest. As you have already admitted guilt, debit her account *******ly and are now just wasting my time.</p> <p> </p>
