I want to cancel my policy by metropolitan

We are sorry to hear that you wish to cancel your policy.
Please be advised that in order to cancel a risk policy (such as funeral or life cover, which has no endowment/savings component) we require:
1. a signed cancellation letter from the policy owner instructing us which policy to cancel and the reason for cancelling the policy
2. a certified copy of your ID document with 3 x specimen signatures done on the certified ID, in the presence of the certifying commissioner of oaths.
You are welcome to email this to us on: ***.
Please remember to put the policy number and the word "cancellation" in the subject line of your email.
