I want my cash back .

I have a funeral policy with metropolitan life from 2019 and I have a cash back on that plan from what I know it must cash out in 4 years and I contacted metropolitan to ask about my cash back since I know that I should have got it on the 01/06/2023 they told me that my next cash back is on the 01/06/2025 but I haven't even gotten the first cash back . And I rep**** back to that email and asked after how long do I get my cash back and when was my policy taken . They haven't rep**** back to me it's been more then 2 days now .
