I want a refund of my premium

Back in November 2018 I opened an endowment with metropolitan. I asked for the quote from the financial advisor and never received it , then after the policy has been opened and I received the policy document I was not happy with the fees. I then wrote to metropolitan within 30 days to cool off the policy . I have been calling metropolitan for the past 2 years to get my R650 back and they always tell me that it’s not reflecting on the system. I want my money back urgently!
