I visited the Cape Town CBD branch first Consultant was very nice lady who checked for me if do were have partial surrender available yes we did then passed me through the other lady who was very rude
I visited the Cape Town CBD branch first Consultant was very nice lady who checked for me if do were have partial surrender available yes we did then passed me through the other lady who was very rude.😥 Went through the process and she even **** said we going to get the money after 3 weeks because of the contact number doesn't correspond with the ID number. As we were surprised that's unlike Metropolitan. And yes we received the money same day later.
