I made a claim on policy no:*** on: 23-01-2018 at Vryburg branch and still I haven't get any feedback from them.
I took this policy with them and I was told that claim takes 24 hrs to processed and their are doing the opposite.This is my last policy with Metropolitan and I will never recommend it for my friends and family.
