I have a policy with Metropolitan (ME***) and i did partial withdrawal since I am in need of the money but they are charging me R16 000 from that withdrawal of which they did not give me the contract and was in a need of money I signed the document

I have a policy with Metropolitan (ME***) and i did partial withdrawal since I am in need of the money but they are charging me R16 000 from that withdrawal of which they did not give me the contract and was in a need of money I signed the documents of partial withdrawal that they (Metropolitan) did not made payment so far. The partial withdrawal was made 2 weeks ago and i signed confirmation on the 28th of August 2025.
