I have a policy with Metropolitan and half was paid out and they said that the other will be paid to me
I have a policy with Metropolitan and half was paid out and they said that the other will be paid to me. But know they said l don't have a policy with Metropolitan. How

We regret to read that you feel that we only paid out half of your benefits when you previously claimed and now cannot trace you policy.
Please be advised that when one may claim Early Retirement benefits on a Retirement Annuity policy any time after age 55 years. In doing so one claims the value of the retirement fund in the policy before the original planned maturity date and the policy ends.
One of our Escalation Specialists will investigate and revert back to you directly.
