I am not happy on how they want me to do letter of authority while my father passed awag when i was nearly 2 years old and i dont even know my father's family and my mother passed away in 2024

We are sorry to read about your father's passing and the difficulties with your claim submission.
Regrettably there was no beneficiary nominated on his lapsed policy. Therefore proceeds of unclaimed benefits are payable to the policy owner's estate.
We therefore have no option but to request the Letter of Authority issued by the Magistrate in order to see who may submit the claim on behalf of the estate.
