Thanks Diandre Andrews for doing her utmost to assist me in correcting my details. I have tried numerous times the past few years (and then forgetting about it again) to correct my ID number on their document password system. Without skipping a beat, she was able to assist in me sending her the correct information (ID doc) and also updating my address....
