Hell Claim
I have been sending emails and making calls to follow up on my claim that was submitted on Tuesday, no one is assisting me and i have been told that my case is assigned to a person by the name of Bridget and her managers surname is Kiggs . I am so disappointed as when we join the policy, we are assured that we will get proper service and peace of mind. I am now worried as the funeral is on Saturday and i am not getting any response

03 Nov 2022, 11:07this is worrying as i have been paying the policy for years now and i have other policies with you guys. when the is a death, a person must not worry but be at ease but now i have to be calling you guys nonstop sending emails with no response or call backs to apologies for this.
