Good day, i have a massive issue regarding cashback from metropolitan
Good day, i have a massive issue regarding cashback from metropolitan. Was due to be paid out 1 february 2025 and now already its the 25th of february and still nothing. What do i do?

We regret reading that you have experienced difficulties with your Cashback enquiry.
Please be advised that for this product;
1. Cashback benefits are payable per insured life for whom you have added a cashback benefit
2. The first Cashback benefit becomes payable one year after you have added the benefit to the participant's cover
3. The next Cashback benefit becomes payable three years after the first benefit payment and every three years thereafter, as long as the policy is in force and insured life's benefit is active.
One of our Escalation Specialists will investigate the Cashback benefits of your policy and revert back to you as soon as possible.
